Serviced Office Space FAQs

What is a membership / flexible workspace?

Membership at EWIC is grouped into three levels, private office, co-working and virtual. You can find out more about each level of membership above. As well as access to your chosen level of office space, members get perks such as discounted meeting room hire, exclusive complimentary use of members meeting rooms and complimentary access to shared facilities such as kitchens, toilets and showers. Members can also join our private networking groups on social media and are invited to our monthly networking events in the Centre..

What is coworking/shared space?

Co-working is an alternative to dedicated office space where members only pay for the days that they use the Centre. This flexibility means that our co-working space is extremely popular with freelancers and start-up businesses who prefer low overheads and flexibility but that don’t want to work exclusively from a home office or kitchen table.

What is virtual membership?

Our virtual membership allows you use of our address as your registered business address. This membership is really popular with small and micro businesses and freelancers who wish to give the appearance of being more established or who wish to keep their home address private. We handle all your mail and keep it secure, you get to call in whenever suits you to collect. This membership also offer call-forwarding.
