Dedicated desks from £10 per desk, per day
Our newest and most flexible level of membership is our co-working package. It’s designed to accommodate those individuals whose work looks different day to day and who need respite from opening their laptops on the kitchen table but don’t need or want a full-time office.

Co-working is an alternative to dedicated office space where members only pay for the days that they use the Centre. This flexibility means that our co-working space is extremely popular with freelancers and start-up businesses who prefer low overheads and flexibility but that don’t want to work exclusively from a home office or kitchen table.
Yes! Parking is available to all tenants from as little as £65 per month for a dedicated parking space in our secure onsite car park. Visitors are welcome to use our visitor car park free of charge subject to availability.
Co-working at Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre is charged at £10 per day + VAT. We invoice at the end of each calendar month for the number of days you have used during the month.
Located in one of our bright and spacious office spaces, our co-working facility gives individuals access to a desk, high-speed WIFI and tea and coffee making facilities. We also have a café onsite with indoor and outdoor seating, a peace garden for quiet escape and our popular Atrium which is perfect for informal meetings and business lunches all of which are available to our co-workers. You’ll also receive invites to our monthly networking events – a great way to make new contacts.
We always advise our co-workers to book space if they know they’ll need it. You can do this by contacting our reception team on 01422 399400. Alternatively, you can drop in as most days the co-working space isn’t full, but we can’t guarantee a desk if you haven’t booked.
You can sign up to become a member of our co-working community by contacting us.
We will then send you registration documents to complete and carry out a credit check. Once those are complete you’ll be able to access the co-working space.
We don’t recommend using the co-working space for meetings as other members may find it a distraction and you cannot be guaranteed privacy. However, we have several dedicated meeting rooms in the Centre that can be hired either by the half or full day. Find out more about our meeting rooms.
