Virtual
Our lowest priced option suited to businesses who are just starting out or homeworkers who need to maintain privacy and separation. Our virtual tenancies give you use of our address as your registered business address along with perks such as tenant meeting room hire and call forwarding. It’s a popular choice with business owners who don’t need dedicated space away from home but do want the professional edge a business address provides.

Our newest and most flexible level of tenancy is our co-working package. It’s designed to accommodate those individuals who’s work looks different day to day and who need respite from opening their laptops on the kitchen table but don’t need or want a full-time office. From as little as £10 per day, you can turn up and work from our bright and airy dedicated shared office space alongside other freelancers and start-ups – checkout our perks and prices for a full list of everything included.

Start-up
Our start-up package is aimed exclusively at businesses under 18 months old and comes with all the perks of our standard office package but with the addition of access to Halifax Opportunities Trust’s Business Start-Up Grant Scheme. The grant scheme covers up to 50% of your rent at the Centre as follows:
Businesses under 9 months old: eligible for 50% rent grant.
Businesses between 9-18 months old: eligible for 25% rent grant.
