Neurodiversity in Business: The What, Why & How

Kathleen Helm is the founder of Think Kinetic and a specialist ADHD coach, workplace trainer, and speaker focused on neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ inclusion.

In this energising and insightful session, Kathleen will demystify the concept of neurodiversity, explore why it matters in today’s workplace, and show how embracing it can transform your business. You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of what neurodiversity really means, and practical steps to create a more inclusive, empowered and productive environment—for your team, your customers and a business that’s ready for the future.

Following a dynamic career in the creative industries and a late life diagnosis of Autism and ADHD, Kathleen is now on a mission to spark change, challenge misconceptions, and equip individuals and organisations with the tools to thrive.
As awareness grows and expectations shift, neuroinclusion is fast becoming a key priority for forward-thinking workplaces.

The event begins at 8am, with the talk happening at 8:50am.
