HOT Networking: Finding the balance

Posted on January 9th, 2024

Join us on the 14th February for a HOT Networking Event about workplace burnout and balance

We’ll be joined by Jo Keenan from Learn To Be. to learn how to strike the perfect balance between pressure and performance

As a small business owner or professional, you’ll be familiar with various degrees of pressure in your role to get certain tasks finished. If you manage a team, some pressure is often perceived as healthy to drive impetus and enhance performance, but there is a limit to appropriate levels of pressure and recognising the balance between performance and pressure is a vital tool in workplace wellbeing and team morale.

Jo will guide us through some industry techniques to help you make small changes that might have a big impact to you and your team’s performance, without impacting wellbeing. The session will cover a number of headlines, all of which focus on people management to avoid burnout and build well rounded and well performing teams.

Event Order:

    • 8am – 8:30am Arrival and breakfast

    • 8:30 – 9:00am Welcome and Opening Pitches (60 seconds)

    • 9:00am – 9:30am Finding the Balance with Learn To Be.

    • 09:30am -10:00am Networking

As ever, HOT Networking attendees are welcome to stay on after the event to use our atrium and co-working facilities for the rest of the day.
