We are thrilled to welcome Helen Wood from Earth and Ether Holistics to the Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre!
Helen is a Level 5 qualified Clinical Reflexologist and Reiki 2 attuned practitioner. She’s now pursuing her passion for holistic healing full-time through Earth and Ether Holistics.
Helen’s journey into these therapies began during her time in a high-stress corporate job, where she was struggling with severe anxiety. After experiencing the amazing benefits of Reiki and Reflexology, she felt a deep calling to help others find the same relief and healing.
In 2019, she received her first Reiki attunement, and in 2023, she became a fully qualified Reflexologist. After running her business part-time, Helen took the brave leap in December to leave her corporate job behind and fully dedicate herself to what truly lights her up!
