The Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre offers four high standard meeting rooms all at competitive prices.

The Bay Area Board Room

The Board Room is the largest room the Centre has to offer.

The room can hold up to 50 delegates theatre style and 25 in a boardroom configuration.

The room includes a projector and screen, a dvd/video player and an internet connection. These facilities are all included in the price of the room.

Full Day - £120 per day

Half Day - £80 per half day

The North Carolina Conference Room

The Conference Room is ideal for training sessions and seminars.

The room holds up to 30 people theatre style or 18 in a boardroom configuration.

The room includes a projector and screen, a dvd/video player and an internet connection. These facilities are all included in the price of the room.

Half Day - £80 per half day

The Cambridge & Sophia Antipolis Meeting Rooms

These rooms are perfect for client presentations, brainstorming, interviews or small team meetings.

The rooms can comfortably cater for 12 people in a boardroom style.

The rooms are fully equipped with internet connection and flipcharts and a projector and screen are available on request, subject to availability. All of these facilities are available at no extra cost.

Rate

Hourly - £20 per hour

Full Day - £100 per full day

Car Parking

Car Parking at the Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre is very limited and must be pre-booked. The car park is charged at £1 per hour and is invoiced along with the cost of the room.

Catering

The Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre offers a wide range of catering options from croissants and coffee for breakfast meetings to afternoon tea and buffet lunches.
