EWIC Reception Services

The EWIC's main reception is always on hand to meet and greet all clients in a professional yet friendly manner. The reception and atrium area offer a tranquil and calm environment for your clients to await collection. The EWIC also offers a professional telephone answering service where calls can be transferred or messages taken. Post and delivies are taken and signed for at reception and are kept safely here until the client is able to collect them or to arrange for any items to be redirected. The EWIC reception also offers to process tenants outgoing post at cost of postage plus a small handling fee per item.

Car Parking

Car parking spaces at the EWIC are very limited. Each office is allocated an allowance of car parking spaces, dependant on office size, charged at an additional cost of £65 per month per space. The EWIC also offers free bicycle lockers and showering facilities. The EWIC is also located very close to the town centre which provides excellent public transport to and from Halifax.

Rates

The Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre offers fantastic facilties at competitive prices. Our units range from 100 square feet to several as big as 500 square feet. The rates at the Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre are charged per square foot and include all utility costs such as electricity and water, main reception duties including call handling if required, and cleaning and maintenance of all common areas within the building.
Additional charges apply for broadband and telephony services and secure car parking facilities.
Tenants also enjoy a 50% discount on all conference room bookings.
Calderdale Council business rates are not included in the rent and must be paid for by the tenant.
The rental rate for each unit is £15 per square foot per year.
