Office Space

We offer a wide range of accommodation and support packages to suit every business, every need and every budget.

The Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre offers fantastic office space at competitive rates. Our units range form 100 square feet to several as big as 500 square feet and suites from 1,000 - 3,000 square feet. The rental rates at the Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre include all utility costs such as heating, lighting, electricity and water, main reception duties and cleaning & maintenance of all common areas within the building. Calderdale Council business rates are not included in the rent. The rental rate for each unit is £16 per square foot.

Telecommunications Packages

• Digital display telephone and line with DDI number and voicemail plus analogue line for fax/analogue telephone with DDI - £25 per month
• Digital display telephone and line with DDI number and voicemail - £18 per month
• Analogue line with DDI  and voicemail - £12 per month
• Broadband - four tier system £25 - £55 - £120 - dedicated up to £1,000

Car Parking

Each office is allocated an allowance of car parking spaces, dependant on office size, charged at an additional cost of £65 per month per space.

Conference Room Hire

Tenants enjoy a 50% discount on all hire costs of our state of the art conference rooms.

Receptions Charges

• Outgoing Post - Charged at the Royal Mail rate + a 5p handling charge per item.
• Photocopying - Black - 5p per page, Colour -10p per page
• Incoming Fax - 30p per page
• Outgoing Fax - 55p per page
• Laminating - A4 - £0.75 per page, A3 - £1.25 per page.
• Additional secretarial services are available. Please ask at reception for more information.
