Generator Space

The EWIC also offers generator space within its business accommodation facilities. The idea of the business generator is to cater for the needs of people with an idea, giving them the platform to transform thier idea into a successful business. You are provided with a desk in a shared office along with other budding entrepreneurs and access to the services of the talented staff within the EW centre. You are also supplied with a digital telephone and personal DDI number with voicemail and a broadband connection. Generator space is charged at £50 per month. The maximum length of occupancy in the business generator is six months.

The rental rate of the Generator space includes all utility bills and the cost of the telephone and broadband lines although it excludes call charges, which are charged at a discount BT rate. Car parking is charged at an additional £65 per month if required and available. All main reception duties are also included in the Generator package such as parcel collections, mail handling and telephone answering if needed.
